Q:Which kind of Trading Terms you can accept?

A: L/C, D/P, D/A,T/T ( with 30% deposit ), Western Union, Paypal, etc.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A:Usually within 15- 20days, customized order may need longer time.

Q:Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A:Yes, our minimum order quantity is generally 5 tons. Depending on the product, we have different minimum order quantities. Please contact us for more information.

Q:Can you provide the relevant documents of the order?

A:Yes, we can provide most documentation including product certification, insurance, certificate of origin, and other required export documentation.

Q:How about the shipping fees?

A:Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express delivery is usually the fastest but also the most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts.
